Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
North Island
• Urban: 1–3 business days
• Rural: 2–5 business days
South Island
• Urban: 2–4 business days
• Rural: 3–6 business days
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been sent.

Returns
We stand behind the quality of Core Organic.
Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:
• Is unopened
• Is unused
• Remains in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days once approved (bank processing times may vary).
